Grzegorz is a strategic product leader with over 17 years in insurance, currently heading Solutions for Retail & Bancassurance International at UNIQA, based between Warsaw and Vienna. He's spent his career deep in life and bancassurance product management — building value propositions, running product strategy, and driving digital and customer-experience initiatives across some of the region's largest insurers, including PZU, Warta, and Nationale-Nederlanden Poland, before joining UNIQA in 2022.
He combines strong analytical and design-thinking skills with a track record of translating customer insights into products that scale across multiple distribution channels — tied agents, brokers, bancassurance partners, and direct. He's also led cross-border collaboration, including work with Nationale-Nederlanden's Hague headquarters and AXA's Paris office on product approvals and market strategy.
