Pierre Belin is the Group Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of a French banking, insurance and financial-services group (23 entities, 3,000 employees), where he has led information security for 18 years. With more than 30 years in IT, he specialises in governance, risk and compliance and in digital operational resilience: he delivered his group's DORA compliances, maintains an ISO 27001-certified ISMS across 22 entities, and has handled two audits by the French financial regulator (ACPR), in both banking and insurance. He also acts as Chief AI Security Officer and Data Protection Officer. Certified ISO 27001 Lead Implementer & Lead Auditor, ISO 27005 Risk Manager, EBIOS RM and CCSP, he was recognised with the French "Prix de l'Efficacité" cybersecurity award. His current focus spans DORA, cyber resilience, third-party risk and AI security.
