Tomasz Byczyński has been a Member of the Management Board of BNP Paribas Cardif Poland since 2020, overseeing the Sales and Marketing Division. He is responsible for developing and expanding partnerships with business partners, shaping the company’s value proposition, and driving organizational transformation. He also oversees the development of insurance products that are simple, transparent, and accessible while delivering high-quality services.
He has more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, communications, and change management across the banking and insurance sectors. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles at Bank Zachodni WBK, ING Bank Śląski, Warta, PZU Group, and Smyk Group, where he was responsible for product development, marketing, sales, retail market management, marketing strategy, customer insight, and big data.

He graduated from Poznań University of Economics and Business and holds an MBA from Georgia State University.
