Peter Prokop is an executive with a degree in Economics and more than a decade of experience in strategy, transformation, and operational excellence. Since 2018, he has been with UNIQA Insurance, where he currently serves as Operations and Client Management Director. In this role, he is responsible for leading operational functions, driving AI-powered transformation initiatives, and overseeing related change management and customer experience programs.
Throughout his career, Peter has held various positions at General Electric, primarily within the Capital business, while also supporting the Energy and Healthcare divisions. He later took on leadership roles at Budapest Bank in Hungary and its subsidiary, covering strategy, sales, operations, and process management.
In 2024, he was recognized as one of the Top 5 leaders at the CX-Ray The Future Leader Awards.
