Currently as the Head of Operations in PKO Ubezpieczenia, she leads end-to-end operations for customers and supports extensive sales networks, consistently delivering high-quality, compliant, and scalable solutions in a rapidly growing environment.
Simultaneously she is responsible for the development and implementation of robotics and business process automation for the entire organization.
With the strong leadership background, she manages large, multidisciplinary teams and collaborates closely with banking partners and industry stakeholders. Passionate about innovation, she focuses on building future-ready, customer-centric operations and continuously seeks opportunities to leverage technology, like RPA, machine learning, AI etc. to transform insurance processes and deliver measurable business value.
She is graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and Leon Kozminski University, where she completed postgraduate studies in Business Process Automation.
